Fuel pump question

So was looking at getting a walbro 450 and found this one to pretty much it. It goes crazy about mentioning e85, does that mean there are no regular gas ones available or does this work for both regular and e85?

Yep, it will work with regular gas as well. E85, being 85% ethanol, is a very corrosive gas and parts of the system have to be designed to live with it. Old fuel lines will turn to mush with E85.

Basically the internals, wiring, case, etc. of that fuel pump are made of a more quality material that can survive ethanol.

Cool, thanks for the info. Seems this pump has a weird shape with the bottom part, so I may have to find a spacer or something when it gets in today.

You can run E85 or 93 through it. Its as solid pump but draws a lot of amperage so upgrading the wiring and grounding is a must.
