Fuel Pump - PD

If I have a SARD Fuel Presure Reg do I even need a Pulsation Damper??

Don't know anything about that, but I will say that I'm also worried about the PD. If I find anything out I'll post it up here.

No it does not.
Most aftermarket fuel pressure regulators act as a pulsation damper, but even then I don't see how effective they would be since they are located after the fuel lines.
