I installed the Supra pump last night. Did not see an o-ring on my old pump, however this morning while sweeping the garage floor I found a white rubber like O-ring. I assume this is the missing part. In what order do I install this, the service manual is not very clear.
Does it go on the pump before the plastic sleeve or do I place the plastic sleeve on the pump first and then the O-ring?

On my pump, you put the plastic sleeve on and then the o ring. The sleeve held the o ring towards the top of the pump discharge.
