fuel pressure rising after i shut off the car

when I turn off my car I've noticed that over the period of 10 mins or so my aftermarket SX FPR will show on the dial that my fuel pressure has pegged. I can watch it slowly rise after I turn off the car. My only guess is that the FPR is faulty in some way and the heat is causing the fuel in the lines to expand. But im not sure why this only happens after I shut the car off. Any know what could be going on?

edit: just checked to see if my car did it this morning, nope... it seems to be random.

From: next to the polishing wheel!!!
My system dead heads also at key off .No leaks and the injectors do not leak down .The gage stays where it is last put when the electricty is on ,it does not return to zero with out current .So nothing to worry about .Enjoy the ride .
