Fuel Leak

I have been trying to get my rebuilt engine to start for a while. When I cranked it over today I noticed a lot of fuel dripping off the passenger side when I get under the car and look I see it dripping off the bottom of the turbos/acuator. At first I think it is just dripping down from somewhere on the rails or fpd but I cant find where it is coming from so I cranked it over again and this time fuel is coming out from the gasket from where the dp meets the cat. I felt around the dp to see if it just dripped down but it was dry on the inside so it had to be on the inside? Im I just super flooded?
