fuel leak!!

Right guys, need your help. A friend of mine has recently imported an RX7 and when he tried to start it, the car would turn over but not start. Next thing we see is fuel leaking from the exhaust joint under the car, and its leaking pretty badly. Any idea what the problem is??

Car is a 1994 rx7: Apexi rx6 single turbo, skyline gtr fuel pump, 1200cc secondary injectors.

Maybe a stuck open injector which would flood the associated rotor and pump out the exhaust.

Pull the spark plugs AND change the motor oil and filter then pull the fuel pump fuse . Now spin the motor over a few times to clear the gas from the chambers .Put in new spark plugs and take the car out side to try to start . The gas in the pipes and cats will need to burn off .

Check the Fuel Pulsation Damper. They are known to leak.

thanks guys for all the tips!! Just found out that he has just had the secondary injectors changed from the standard ones to the 1200cc ones now fitted, could any of the problems be because of that?
