Fuel injectors fail?

Can they just completely fail? like, not leaking or whatever but just not work. How do i test for this? i tried searching but everything was about leaking. if i just put a voltage through,s hould i hear a click?

when powered up u should hear them click. i could possible see 1 failing but if can't imagine 2 or more quitting at the same time.

Yes they can fail. Check using a multimeter like a contunity test. you should have a certain amount of resistance. If you have nothing then the magnetic coil has failed. This happened to me. Otherwise if you put ground and power to the injectors you will hear a click, if the resistance checks out and no click then they are probably gummed up and stuck.

yea, i think that they are...cause its been sitting for 12 years, i'm not getting a click from any of them

You can send them off to be cleaned. Or let them sit in carb cleaner for 24 hrs then connect power to them and click them opened and closed several times.
