Fuel Injector sizing

I am making a parts list before we start cutting into the rx7. My question is what injector set up is good for me. Hear is my setup. I have bought an cjm aftermarket fuel rails (primary and secondary)+ duel fuel pumps Yes the orange ones The car is going to be orange as well, haltech comp, gt35r turbo, mild street port. The car is going to be a street car, some track. I have seen the 850/850, 550/1600, and the 850/1600 set ups I know the injectors become less efficient as the cc go up but you don't want to raise the duty cycles that high or starve the motor. My question is what is enough fuel with out being over kill and inefficient?

I have tried to be as clear and as knowable as I can in order not to repost some one question or ask a dumb one. Thank you for all your help.

I would go at least 550 and 1600s but prob 850 and 1600 would be best.

buy your stuff from the pros, tuners and builders and they will tell you what is right for what you are trying to build. you may pay a little more up front for the parts but the information that you get will save you a lot of headache and money after the fact when the engine works properly.
be aware that if you are picking things to put on your car, just because these parts will bolt up together, they may not all work as well as if you changed one or two things that are proven to work together.

There are plenty of people on this forum that as just as if not more informative than some of the shops you speak about. Not only that, but they are usually more than willing to point you in the right direction for free.

550/1600 or 850/850
IMO 850/1600 would be over kill
i am running 550/1600 with my setup
garret TO4H with a large streetport and i may see a max duty cycle of about 70%running @ 15-16lbs
