Its on top of your differential, Its not really too bad doing it yourself.

He's an idiot. It's above/forward of the tank, directly above the differential. Raise the rear, remove both rear underpanels. Use a 1/4" 10mm socket with a 3" extension, and IIRC that will loosen both of the bracket bolts w/o a problem. Then when it's loose you'll have enough room to free the hoses.

Above and just in front of the rear differential. (IIRC) two 10mm bolts and a couple of hose clamps. Good luck.

Hey Marko, it's been a long time! I used to be on MachV all the time (aggietsi). I'm just sucking it up and saving for the FD now.

Wow, what a coincidence. I just did my plugs and wires yesterday too. I changed out my fuel filter and fuel pump today. Yeah, Injen, I don't know what the guy was thinking but it's on top of your differential. The fuel pump is in the tank.

I had gotham move it out in the open when they changed mine so now I can just reach up and change it for now on no problems. All you need is some more fuel lines to move it the rear subframe

Make sure you remove the two bolts holding it to the car (gold colored bracket -bolts are horizontally aligned, not the vertical ones) and pull of the 2 fuel lines. Doing it this way should take no longer than 30 min for the whole process.

The first time I changed the fuel filter, I took 2 hours because I couldn't see it well enough to figure out what to unbolt. I think I was trying to remove the filter from the clamp holding it to the braket, which didn't work at all. I'm a dumb ***. lol
