Unhappy Fuel in Engine Oil !?

Recently, i rebuilt a motor and installed T78 and PFC. When i change the engine oil yesterday, i smell the awful gasoline in the engine oil while i m draining.

BTW: This is my first oil change since rebuilt engine. is it normal ?? or some seals is broken ???

Did you flood it out trying to start it the first time. since there is no oil set in the metal, the fuel will run right past the seals for the first few cranks. If it continues i would then start to worry

It's unfortunately a normal aspect of the rotary engine, due to combustion blow-by past the seals. One of the reasons why frequent oil changes are necessary.

True to a point. I can run (and run it hard) for 500 miles and I'll be needing an oil change...if not less. There's a line from normal to uh-oh. I crossed that line last year. It's painful, but I'm rebuilding next winter anyway, so I don't care. I'd say check it after a few hundred miles after the oil change and see what it's condition is. On a fresh rebuild, I don't see why you should have to change it more frequently than 2k miles once everything's broken in. More so if you're consistantly pushing it.
