Fuel Dripping From Turbo Manifold!!!
How could there be so much fuel in this motor!!!
I have had a problem with my 3rd gen running to rich ever since I bought it (stock). I purchased a ported reman from KD last yr along with an upgraded fuel pump, and had the secondary injectors enlarged to 1200cc. After putting about 1500 miles on it I noticed the pulsation damper leaking so I replaced it. The car was running very rich after that and fuel was leaking from the injector housing/primary fuel rail. I then replaced the o-rings on the injectors and the car would just flood, dripping fuel from the turbo manifold.
Now I have replaced the primary fuel rail and both primary injectors. The car won’t start and seems to be dumping fuel so bad it’s dripping out the turbo manifold. Any suggestions would be helpful. I have contacted Rotary Performance and KD but both seem to be stumped.
