Fuel door repair

fuel door
I'll assume you mean you can not get the door release to open the door?
If so I had the same problem. You need to access the plastic spring loaded pin that keeps the door closed.
Open the rear hatch of the car. Remove the driver side interior panel where the tools are stored...remove the tools as well. You should be able to access the pin from there. I unbolted the whole assembly and pulled it out.
To fix the problem I filed the pin down a little so it would slide easier. I also added a rubber washer to the spring. This will increase the pressure that the spring places on the pin when you pull the release lever.
Hope this helps.
