I Dont understand how people flood cars , iv never had my car flood. Also what do you mean by a fuel cut switch? For driving the car or when it's off? Fuel cut when driving is very bad. Starving the engine of fuel will cause you to go out and buy a new motor

in theory...when the ECU see's WOT (4.5+V) it disables the injectors however when my car has flooded I have had hit or miss with this working. Usually I just pull the relay. One thing you want to make sure is that your TPS is properly and adjusted within range otherwise a WOT may not actually register as WOT.

just my thoughts
