fuel cut for split second when I hit the gas.
Ok I have a power fc, all normal bolt ons, a little more than 1 bar boost, rp fuel pump and recently added some techron injector cleaner...twice when I hit the gas while I was already going about 40 or so the car felt like it almost shut off or something for a split second then took off like normal. It felt like some kind off fuel cutout or something. what the heck is this? I am a little worried. I haven't upgraded my injectors yet...Could it possibly be something with them being worn? maybe the fuel pump screwing up? it is the latest thing that I put in. could it possibly be a fouled plug? my plugs did get really wet a month and a half ago and the car was running on 1 rotor for 3 days. I was about to replace them when the car fixed itself, I guess the plug dried up. Never replaced because the car is comming off the road in a week or so. Any ideas as to what that cutout was? thanks

It is not normal -
here are things to check (taken from the maint. man.)
1. injectors - fuel leaking from injectors
2. pressure regulator stuck
3. high tension lead - lead damaged
4. plugs - dirty or worn
5. pressure sensor - malfunction
6. egr - valve stuck
7. double throttle control - valve stuck
personally, i'd start with the injectors. remove them and send them to RC Eng.
i just got mine back and one was "dripping" and others had poor spray patterns. -
hope this helps
