is this fuel cut? (short vid clip)

you might have to turn the volume up some, i know i should have had the windows up during filming. just wondering if this is fuel cut. listen for a "booo" or whatever right at 6500 rpms. it feels like it stops accelerating for just that second then kicks back in and is fine till redline. the boost stays at 10 psi. my mods are dp, catback, intake, efini y-pipe, and hks bov, and manual boost controller

video is a zipped avi file

Could not see the video but I could hear it. Sounds like you were hitting the rev limiter at the end of the clip, hard to tell though. Not the fuel cut though, thats more like a violent stall, your whole car will literly die on its self and then come back to life when you take your foot off the gas.

The sound quality is pretty bad so it's hard to say....

Is it worse in cooler weather? (cooler weather requires more fuel, so it's easier to run out of fuel)

Fuel cut is fairly harsh and the whole car will buck......

I wish someone had some ideas, 'cause I am having the EXACT same problem. Nearly same RPM range for me too.

there is no REV limiter, just a over boost limiter

i put an ebay manual boost controller set to 10 psi, it only goes above that at transition and stays at 10 until redline
