Jack the car up and unbolt all the bolts on the front lip/bumper joint.
Partially remove the front part of both fenderliners. The bumper cover is bolted to the fenders, you have to access the nuts through the wheelwell. I think there is 3 or 4 per side.
Remove both parking lights.
Remove the fasteners in the rad opening.
Open hood and remove the bolts that attach aluminum bracket to the body.
I think that is it.

theres only 2 for the bumber on each side and one for the fender in the middle of the 2 bumber bolts. this was a big pinta for me, but once u reach them its easy from then on. also dont forget to get the black plastic under the bumber, that stuff is a pain to lil bit. thats about it.good luck

Also easier to remove the AC condensor bracket first before trying to yank the alumnimum bracket forward to remove the bumper.
Everything else as turbojeff said. Oh yeah, don't forget to slap on a Civic Bumper, preferably JDM type.

You can see 3 10 mm nuts on each side of the bumper through this opening. Remove nuts thru the opening. As to a screws oriented vertically downward, peel back liner b/w fender, insert a screw driver and remove.

You don't have to remove the AC condensor at all. I think he meant the AC dryer. It doesn't need to be removed, just take the two bolts off that hold it to the body.
