Front bumper badge positioning for 99-spec

Hi all,

I am adding on a 99-spec style badge on the front bumper of my car. I have the badge, and it has positioning pins, but my car's aftermarket plateless front bumper does not have any place for the pins that I assume are drilled into an OEM 99-spec bumper. Can someone that has a 99-spec front bumper take a measurement from the top of the badge to the top edge of the bumper for me? I figure I can cut off the pins and the adhesive tape on the badge will hold it on fine. I just need to know how high to position it. Thanks!

measuring from the inside lip of where the hood and bumper meet right down the center... its 1-7/8" to the very top of the badge. this is on an oem 99 with the efini logo but it will be the same for the flying m. you may even want to go down a hair. just make sure you have that thing dead center or else its gonna look funny
