fresh rebuild won't start

sup everyone, so my motor was rebuilt around November I finally finished putting everything together and she won't start.

Here is exactly what I did.
1. installed everything back together how it was the day before I tore it apart. It ran before but had a coolant seal leak
2. only additional mods I added to the motor is hks hyper ground and garfinkle coil relocation
3. Pulled main relay and cranked away to build pressure, but my stri pressure gauge continued to show zero pressure.
4. Figured it might be the gauge so I threw the relay back in and cranked away... nothing... thought it would catch once but other then that just cranks.

Car has fuel pressure also around 36 40 psi.
symptoms-
FANS won't turn off, even with key out of ignition i have to disconnect battery.
cranks and cranks but nothing won't start up.
exhaust temp light is on
won't build oil pressure

mods car had originally.
apexi air intakes
full exhaust
fan mod switch
greddy boost controller
1600 injectors secondary
greddy elbow
walbro fuel pump
battery relocation in spot behind passanger seat
Power fc
full parallel conversion.
all emissions stuff is GONE

any help would be amazing! also if you guys need additional info please ask! I am just out of ideas and I have searched and searched and really can't figure anything out. All i know is I might pull out the injectors and have them checked one more time.

Banazi racing rebuilt my motor. I know they did an amazing job. I know the reason it's not starting Is because I messed something up.

Are you getting spark? Are your plugs wet?

Hmm I was about to check the plugs and noticed some oil on the plug wires and the harness ... Not sure how that got there. I'm going to clean them
off and check the plugs. I'll post up the results.

Commonly over looked things!!!

Make sure to check the simple stuff as well

*make sure you have a fresh charged(strong) battery
*MAKE SURE that the spark plugs wires are in the correct order
*make sure you have contacts on your ground wire

sounds dumb but i have been there and done the same exact thing.

best of luck

my guess is grounds.. theyer always a PITA... if EVERYTHING is 100% correct id say kick start it... some builders like to make sure the apex seals really sit in the grooves so a kick start is needed for them to break free... thats how i got my car started!

You will be able to see some movement on the stock oil pressure gauge while cranking the car with the EGI fuse pulled out. Not much help in getting your car started, sorry, but hey at least you'll know you've primed the motor/turbo properly ;P

Sweet, yea sounds airflow related -- you didn't leave a shop rag in an intake pipe did you ^_^

Curious to know what would cause the fans to run with the power off and key removed. I experienced this exact same symptom just one time after finishing my engine replacement last week. I restarted the motor and let it run a few minutes and shut it off again and the fans shut off and have run normally ever since. Everything has been rock solid, everything electrical functions properly and the motor runs as normal and I haven't touched a thing so I have no idea what caused it.
