Four and a half months , finally had my first "problem" on the FD
Nothing major, I think. Seems as though there is a leak in one of the vacuum lines on the passenger side of the car.
I have a boost gauge, it doesn't boost up to 0.68 anymore it goes up to 0.42 now and the bov no longer makes the familiar sound, instead it sounds like a more "rushed" sound and the whole time I'm at 0.42 it is making a leaking sound.
I'll start tracking it down tommorow morning after the car is completely cooled off. I'm thinking I will just replace all those hoses with samco hoses if available. If there is an FD specific samco hose kit that replaces those vacuum lines on the passenger side of the car please let me know so I can order one up asap. Thanks.
If anybody thinks this can be more serious than I am thinking it is please let me know.
Car runs fine otherwise, no change in temp or performance other than I haven't bothered to boost just in case.

Also check the air bypass valve (BOV) to make sure it is holding pressure and not leaking. Check the hoses to it; they like to get loose. If you can twist them then they are not tight enough. It sounds like you are still seq. so check the charge relief vavle while you are in there.

Thanks for the responses guys.
I am running 99 twins in sequential setup. I looked over the service manual and found the y pipe. I'll take off the hoses today to get a good look at what is wrong.
I read online that the 99 efini y pipe is a much better unit (for my setup) where can I buy one, who has the best prices and stocks them on hand. or a good used one? let me know thanks.

Thanks again, had some time afterwork today to look at it.
The cross over pipe is the plastic pipe that goes crosses over the engine bay right? (just checking)
The rubber coupler that connects from the cross over pipe to the y pipe LOOKED FINE as you guys mentioned, but upon removing it there was a tear from a hose clamp rubbing into it over time. Also the coupler was loose, but appeared good.
Is there any other couplers on that part, I just want to double check.. I looked in the user guide and the diagram doesnt show anything that appears to be another coupler there.
Please let me know thanks guys. I'll search for the part # tonight and order one up.
