Personally, I wouldnt pay more than 15-16k, my 93 R1 with 59k was 13k at a dealer used car lot, but I think I got probably one of the better deals out there, but banks wont loan out much more than 15-16k as book. White is a rarer color and it has some decent mods, but I still think 23k is outrageous.

It would have to be super, super clean with great compression numbers before I would consider anything over 20k. That means no significant dings/dents, no evidence of racing/abuse, flawless interior, garaged care, new tires, etc. With normal wear + tear I'd consider 18k. White is not a common color, but tourings are a dime/dozen.

Here on the east coast I think it's a lot harder to find a deal compared to other parts of the country.

23k == bullshit

I wouldn't pay more than 16k for that car. It's ricer owned and likely ricer abused as well. I would low-ball him @ 12k just to **** the owner off.

looks like a good 15 to 16k car if it is in good condition, 52 on original motor with mods, expect to have a rebuild or a new motor installed soon.

Far too much, keep looking. I've been searching for a white one for god knows how long and I've found much more tempting deals for far less. Besides, buy it stock and mod it how YOU see fit.

I bought my white 94 touring in January for $15, 900. The only differences from the one your looking at; mine was stock and had 56k on it. I think that price is outrageous!

I once thought this also but if I had to do it again, I would have gone the modded route already. I say this because it's expensive as hell to get an FD with some decent mods. You will save a ton of money if you can pick one up with mods. I know I know, mods mean it doesn't have exactly everything I wanted if I had the choic eof picking the brands but you can sell what you have on yours and pick up what you want if it's that bad.

That one from the auto trader is WAY to high. It should be priced 18k or less, beautiful car though.

You can tell how healthy the motor is by doing a compression test.
