fog lights into base model

I bought some aftermarket foglights and want to install them into my 93 base model I looked under my center console and noticed two unused connectors. One was purple the other was white. Is one of these for the foglights that came on touring models? I was reading that some models didn't have the wiring intact.

Ok a look over of my manual show that the white connector is for the fog now can someone confirm that the foglight connector (the one in between the bumper and support) has a black/white wire coming from it.

Front fogs should have a white and a black wire. White is power, black goes to ground.
