Looks good! I'll be putting HID's in my parking lights. Can't wait to see what that'll look like.

What brand did you end up going with for the HID's?

I like it. I like the idea of daytime running lights. I think it helps a lot on visibility and safety. The problem with the FD is the parking lights aren't bright enough. I've wondered about bypassing the fog light relay that only allows the fog lights to be turned on with the headlights. I was also wondering about different bulbs in the fog lights. The HID would serve nicely.

I also thought about replacing the parking lights with something that would be brighter to use as a daytime running light. Anyone have ideas?

I just replaced my stock fogs with a set of CATZ driving lights.

Lighting

With just low beams.

With driving lights.

Well I've had zero problems with my low beam HID's which are McCulloch, so I went with McCulloch for the fogs too.

Headlights - 10,000K (i know im a ricer)
Fogs - 3,000K

This really turned out nice. If you can take some pictures on how you installed both the lights as well as the ballasts, it would be great. I'm really interested in this.

This also turned out great. I'd be curious as to the costs... Which Catz lights did you use. I see a bunch of them when I look around the web.

One issue I did have was that i couldn't put the stock fog light lids back on. That may cause condensation in the future.

If you ever do this, how about a write up with pictures?

I don't see that as being too much of a problem. I've installed 2-3 sets of HID's to date, but those were for the headlights. It's actually VERY simple and I'm assuming the parking lights won't be that much more different.

I used a set of CATZ XLO driving lights.

You can get them in either foglight or driving light patterns.

I prefer the driving light pattern as they actually light up the road as shown in the pictures.

So where did you actually mount the bracket for the lights and what did you use to do it?

I mounted them with the brackets they supplied; 4 screws and 2 sided tape.

They are mounted VERY VERY solidly, and not going anywhere.

They are mounted a bit 'inward' then stock, but still look good. As you can see they are quite bright, actually very bright and light up the road very nicely.

I have the driving light lens, and they throw light quite a ways down the road.

My ballasts for my HID lights are mounted in the exact same spot. I have to sets mounted under each headlight (high and low beam), and if needed would put the other set wear yours are mounted in the center.
