Fluidyne install w/PFS SMIC

I seem to recall a question regarding the use of a Peter Farrel stock mount intercooler with an aftermarket radiator. For the record, I just installed a Fluidyne with my PFS intercooler, and the IC duct just fits with the inrceased thickness of the Fluidyne. It's tight, but it does work. For those considering a Koyo rad (which is thicker thant the Fluidyne), I'm certain the duct will not fit.

Also, if you buy a Fluidyne, make sure you remove the drain plug and apply teflon tape to the threads and reinstall. I put it all together, only to have it leak, and it turned out to be from the drain threads.

gcthree,
There was no problem fitting the Koyo radiator with my PFS SMIC!

Just letting those who were wondering know!

I just installed my PFS IC duct with Fluidyne rad.. I also notice the same thing as "gcthree".. It fits fine.. But the radiator is also leaking.. i tried to tighten the thread.. but still leaking.. I have to empty and put teflon tape.. Thanks!!

Far as Koyo.. I just can't seem to see how the duct is going to fit... Raysane, can you post a pic for us?? and how you fitted??
