Flooded engine
Did hose job, pulled injectors, replaced o-rings, FPD, engine flooded won't start. Primed fuel system before starting. Plugs wet with fuel. Gas smell coming from exhaust. Any ideas? Also how do I drain fuel out of flooded motor?

if after that it floods again you will probably have to pull your injectors, there must be improperly seated rubber ring around the injector - looks like a rubber band. fuel can then leak from the fuel rail into the port and cause flooding. Good luck.

Mine just did this today. I put my batt charger at 50 amp the highest setting, let it sit for about 10 minutes then cranked for about 1 minute. I did this about 5 times til the car started. when it did it smoked for a while but was back to normal. Beats messing with the plugs. Hope it starts, i know it's a pain in the rear but hang in there. She will start.
