Hi guys the other day my airbag light started flashing and I was hoping you guys would know what it means. It flashes 10 times then pauses and starts over, but it doesn't do it all the time sometimes if I shut the car off and start it again it wont do it. What does it mean?

 

Mine started doing the same thing about a year ago. The problem is most likely the electronic components in the airbag computer beginning to die of old age. You can either replace the computer, or open it up and replace all the capacitors on the PCB, and anything else you feel like replacing.

 

I have the same problem , could be a short somewhere on the wiring or relay? I have a sticker over the light now soo it doesn't bother me while driving .
