so, i picked up my first FD yesterday. 94 vintage red touring edition. almost perfect black interior, 66,707 miles, everything, and i mean EVERYTHING electircal works on the car. some mods already done to it. i was looking to find a completely stock FD, but this one was SO clean, that i couldnt pass it up, and it was only lightly modded. Apexi N1, greddy bov, aluminum AST, efini Y-pipe, few gauges inside, the all important turbo timer (which will probably come back out and get sold) the nifty little JDM center cup that replaces the stock ash tray.
the only problem with the car....it needs a rebuild. has about 60 compression rear, and like 30 up front. so, i get to tear into it, will probably go with a mild street port, then put it all back together, and ill actually get to drive my new FD around.
ill try to make a thread, or just keep this one going, to document my build up.
also, even though ive been on this forum for 3 years, (FC owner x3) i've still not figured out how to upload pics. so, if anyone can help, let me know, and that way we can get some pics of the car up.
