finally got it to start... sorta
its been four years of slowly tinkering. But today with a little persuassion (dab of gas into the UIM) she started, and then died but man it felt good...
also I need help figuring out why the injectors arn't working. the resistance is good. the PFC is sending correct voltage. fuel pump is priming correctly but it won't start without persuasion. confused?

Help!!!
my car won't run by itself. I can get the engine to start if i put fuel into the intake.
but the injectors wont work.
also the fuel pump won't work inless I jump manually do it from the diagnostic port(jump ground and fuel terminals at connector).
today I rigged up the injectors to open and close when I want them to using a toggle switch. and the car started and kept running(as I kept flipping the switch back and forth to keep rpms down) but without all that I got nothing.
does anyone know what controlls both the fuel primmer and the injectors.
btw I'm using a PFC for my ecu. anything would help. assume I know nothing about anything. no answer would be too simple!! I need help!!

Page F108 of the service manual says that there is a
"Circuit opening relay; The circuit opening relay is controlled by the ECU and turns the fuel pump ON/OFF"
"Fuel pump relay; The fuel pump relay is controlled by the ECU and controls fuel pump operation voltage via the fuel pump relay"
"Fuel pump resistor; The fuel pump resistor controls fuel pump operation voltage. During low-speed engine operation fuel pimp voltage is supplied via the fuel pump resistor"
----------------------------------
Fuel Pump Resistor Inspection:
Measure resistance of the fuel pump resistor with an ohmmeter
Resistance 0.57-0.70 @ 20C[68F]
Fuel Pump Relay Inspection:
Listen for operational sound of the fuel pump relay when ignition is switched ON.
Continuity Inspection
PAGE F206 of the service manual clearly talks about some of this situation as well.

I checked the resistor and it was 1.2-1.4 at 73F which is close. also both relays click when ignition is turned on. what is involved with injector opperation. The injectors are opperational because if I supply power and ground i they will opperate.
