Finally, the car is getting prepped
Finally, the car is getting prepped
So I talked to my builder and the car is ready to get built.
Here is my parts list:
New streetported 3mm engine
Unorthodox Pulley Set
A-Spec 500R T4 Single Turbo
A-Spec Stainless Manifold
Greddy Type-RS BOV
Tial 44mm Wastegate
RE-A Dual-Tip Cat-Back Exhaust System (JDM)
A-Spec Down Pipe
A-Spec Mid Pipe
RX-7Store V-Mount Intercooler Kit + Modified KOYO Radiator
Coolingmist Trunk mount injection kit
Greddy Throttlebody Elbow
FDNewbie Import Dual Oil Coolers w/ Black Setrab Cores
Supra TT fuel pump
550cc primary, 1300cc secondary injectors.
HKS Twin Power
Exedy Clutch/flywheel
Now that I have all of that done, it's time to monitor my car. I already bought a triple pod a-pillar and I am going to buy the Innovate LC-1 wideband A/F setup a boost and fuel pressure.
My question is, which brand of gauges should I get? I want it to match the Innovate A/F gauge (are these gauges also able to read as a boost/fuel pressure gauge?) The closest gauge setup are the AEM digital readout gauges.

If it's the black innovate a/f gauge, i think the best match will be Autometer ES Series or Greddy gauges, but if you want it digital like an A/F gauge then I don't know.
How about some PLX gauges?

I was thinking about PLX, but I've heard their gauges are slow in response and inaccurate

Their AFR gauge was off +/- 1 as far as accuracy goes.
