A few random questions
I'm getting a paint job now just a week after the rebuild so I haven't gotten a chance to enjoy the car really.
1. Has anyone removed their antenna totally and put on in the wheel well? I am having mine shaved off and I'm not sure how hard it's going to be to get another on in the wheel well but I'm doing it any way because I think it will look awesome.
2. My passenger door speaker is out and it makes a sound like a cd is being scratched when I play the radio. Even when I have the volume all the way down it makes the same noise so I had to move all of the volume to the driver side speakers. Is the speaker blown or is it just a loose wire? btw it's the stock bose system on a 93 touring.
3. I want to get a midpipe put in. I have a mildsteel downpipe right now and catback. I have a mildsteel 3" pipe and a 3 1/2" stainless steel pipe. I'd rather use the stainless steel pipe but is it too large? Also to weld the midpipe I obviously have to take off the entire exhaust right? Do I have to replace the gasket in the downpipe if I take off the exhaust to put on the midpipe? And also is there a sensor on the cat that I have to put back into the midpipe and how do I do that?

1. Are you going with XM or anything??? The antenna does look nice shaved, but I don't think you will get **** for music, unless you have some kind of antenna. Some of the aftermarkect winsheilds have them built in, may want to look at that.
2. Try asking in the audio section, it could be a few things and I'm not too sure about which.
3. Go with the bigger stainless steal one. There real is no such thing as too big when it comes to exhaust stuff.
Just make sure your pettit ecu is mapped to take the mod.
