A few questions about my new 7

I finally got my Rx7. firstly i just wanna get your estimates on power. Its got Peter Farrel IC, rechipped computer, cold air intake, 3" exhaust (no sure on muffle tho its loud) and extend port. Any ideas on what power it would be making? Also with the LSD I put it up on the hoist and checked the LSD, both wheels turned independantly of each other??? I know this is not how the LSD on my older cars is. Does the diff lock under power? or could i just have a stuffed LSD?

It all depends on what you mean by exhaust (midpipe?), how much boost you are running, and how the computer is tuned.

You could be making anywhere from 280 to 350 rwhp, depending on the above factors.

Your diff is fine....

Definitely spend some time researching these cars so you can figure out what's been done to your car. It may be reliably set-up but it may also be a time bomb, so be careful. I strongly suggest getting the car on a dyno equipped with a wideband o2 sensor so you can verify that your A/F ratios are safe.

Good luck and congratulations!

You probably have around 280-300 RWHP ~10 PSI with those mods you listed. If you do have a midpipe aka straightpipe/testpipe and higher boost, then you could probably see 330-350 RWHP.

It sounds like you still have a main cat or 3" high flow cat in place then. That's probably what you have since you say boost is at 10 PSI...if you did have a MP then you would probably have boost spikes.

Even without a MP I'm guessing your #'s should be around the 300 RWHP area.
