A few Q's and sad news
Hi there everyone I just got a few questions I'd like to ask and some sad news. First of all what is slipping the clutch? What exactly does that mean? And this has also had me pondering, are hood scoops a problem in the rain? Does the water fall through into the engine bay? (I'm talking about the hoods with openings not like hood scoops on a mustang). And now the bad news. My Dad and I were going to get a project car and we were going to get a 94' Rx-7. He liked it and I fell in love with it(not literally speaking
) However he decided at the last minute to get a 93'300zx TT. I've listened to all you guys for the last year taking in all the info I could get. Now i'm determined to save up some money and buy a Rx-7 third gen with a blown motor for cheap in the next year or two.The dream lives on
. Any opinions on the Z? I know there pretty fast but how much power can they make and how do they handle? Sorry for the long post and thanks to all you guys who answer my many questions. The 7 still can't lose!

I think the last gen 300ZX TTs were sweet cars. They were heavy but handled pretty well and they certainly aren't slow. They are more of a GT than a pure sports car. A good and more reliable platform to learn about modding turbo-ed cars before you get an FD.
