A few misc questions

Sorry to lump these all together but I've got just a few small simple questions that don't deserve their own thread:

1) Is it really necessary to drain all the coolant before replacing the thermostat?

2) I want to install an aftermarket downpipe and keep my existing main cat section. I have a PFS catback already. Which downpipes will bolt right up to the stock main cat section?

3) 99 spec bumper turn signals DO NOT fit a 93 oem bumper and vice versa right? I've seen some "99 jdm turn signals" on ebay that claim to fit the stock bumper so I assume these are just knockoffs, right?

Thanks!

1. It is not necessary to drain all the coolant to replace the t-stat, just drain enough so when you take the t-stat housing it wont spill all over the place

2. Any downpipe will bolt right up to your cat just be carefull with the ebay ones since it is know to have fitment issues, oh and make sure you are buying a dwonpipe for the twins and not a single

3. 99 spec bumper lights wont fit the stock 93-95 bumper, you can get the updated light that will fit the 93-95 bumper which is the same shape just a newer look just like what is on my car, check sig.

I respectfully disagree. Several of the ebay/cheaper downpipes will NOT mate up with the stock cat. They will only work with a midpipe.
