FD3s touring miss firing
Car was parked for sometime then i had the tranny removed to change the torque converters seals. now the car while driving is miss firing after it shifts to second gear engine is perfect smooth standing still and in first gear. miss firing happens around 5-6k rpm mark at firt but if i keep it floored for sometime the miss firing slowly clears and move to higers rev and some times after being floored sometime it dis apears. any idea what could be wrong. miss firing is engine hsitates to rev highers. email me you input if possible also at mrhot2000@hotmail.com. car is completely stock with a a kakimoto racing type eaaust system

Excuse me, I didn't read your last sentence.
Obviously first thing I would check for would be spark. Are all the plug wires fully seated on both ends? Are your spark plugs getting spark? If this is a case of mis-fire, it should be an issue with your ignition. How much boost are you running?

well
sorry i did a bad job at explaing. current is fine engine is fine when car is standing in park or neutral runs fine in the first gear but hesitates to rev above 6k rev after that but if i keep pushing it the hesitation moves to higher revs and some time disappear i was thinking that maybe car was standing for sometime and maybe the fuel filter needs replacement. only mods are the exaust i think its a cat back from kaki moto racing rest is all stock
