Question FD3S running on one rotor

Fresh rebuild engine, new plugs and wires, PFC, FMIC, intake, downpipe.

Been running (mostly idling for hours and about 10 minute drive) fine last week after engine install and today when started it runs on one rotor.

Could damaged main pulley (at idle you could see its not 100% straight) cause problems with ignition pickup and make engine run on one rotor only?

Car has been sitting last 4 or 5 years, after being broken in and there might be some wiring / electrical issues from the past...

Have you pulled the plugs and check the plug wires? You could have a fouled plug from idling for hours.

I have this same problem on my rebuild... my engines acting funny sometimes i think its electrical related.. sometimes it will fire up on 1 rotor other times both.. when it fires up on 1 rotor it never fires the second rotor late, it just simply does not fire. im ogin to check my compression to see if i even have compression on one of the rotors it no longer wants to fire up the second rotor

Check the injector connections. I had this problem after I upgraded my fuel system and went single turbo at the same time. Injector clips were not holding tight causing it to only run on one rotor.

Replace the trigger wheel, and the CAS if you have another pair laying around. Also check the CAS connectors to make sure there isn't an intermittent connection.

Power FC car? If so, check all the sensor voltages.
