fd3 running very rich, any ideas?

hi i have a gen 3 twin turbo with a hks exhaust, induction kit and and a superchip.
The car has just gone in for an MOT and has failed on emissions. It seems the car is running very rich and does have a strong smell of petrol when ticking over. Does anyone have and suggestions before i take it it for the retest, cheers
The readings are as below.

co=7.47%
HC=2069ppm

Yeah, buckle up. I'll bet your injector(s) are leaking. Cleaning/replacing the injectors isn't too bad, but getting to them is.

check the ECU if it has a superchip in it call them and ask if they changed the fuel maps on the low end . you should be at stock fuel maps from 0-25 mph which is how the car is tested. and make sure the smog tech dose not boost the car when its under the test you will fail.
