FD won't start, cranks, no aux power

I pulled the intake out, and then the UIM off to get to the IAT, and now I can't get it to start. It'll crank over, but very few things actually have power.

I don't hear my fuel pump when i turn the key on, my headlights will go up and down and have power, but no parking/turn lights, no tails, no brake lights, no radio, no power mirrors, no interior lights, and my power FC doesn't turn on (nothin on the commander anyway).

I checked all the fuses in the block in the driver's footwell (yes, all of them) and they all check out good. I checked the fuses under the hood that I could find and all looked good. I don't have an aftermarket alarm, and the car was running perfectly before I started taking it apart :/

Any ideas? It seems like it'd be a fuse to me, or maybe a relay. One thing to note is that while preparing to take the UIM off, I was unscrewing something on the UIM and my ratchet hit something (alternator, I think) and arc'ed, at which point I took the battery out. Maybe this has something to do with it?

Check fuses again, I know do it anyway.
If it looks O.K> then swap the "retract" fuse for your headlights with the egi fuse.

There are relays if I recall correctly I had same problem and I thought I fried my PFC.

The mileage on your speedo isnt working either with key in Aux.

check your main fuse in the engine bay...its in the box attached to the battery...long skinny fuse box.

I would check the two main engine harness grounds. If you have an open circuit there the odometer wont power up.

Personally I can't see any reason why your relay or fuse would just go out like that. I would go over EVERYTHING that was touched during your disassembly and reassemble procedure with a fine tooth comb.

Where is this infamous "main fuse"? I've heard the term a few times in a few threads that I searched on (trying to get some insight into this problem), and still am a little unsure. I know of the fuseblock on the driver's side...is that where it (they) is/are?

Also, I can't remember 100%, but I'm pretty sure I have no odometer power when I put the key in the aux position, if that helps identify things.

When would I know if I need a new alternator? I get the feared "click" several times before my car actually starts. Can anyone provide any help for me?

There should be 3 fuse blocks under the hood, one on the battery pos side, one on the dr side by the wheel well, and one under the intake crossover in front of the air dox. On most cars, the positive cable has a fuselink molded into the cable (looks like a black rubber incert on the cable. Did you, also, put the ground straps back on the intake manafold?

Well, found the main fuse, and it appears to be bad. I'll head to the dealershit tomorrow, since the parts dept isn't open today and none of the auto parts stores in the area have 120A fuses (100A max :/ ). I'll grab some trim clips while I'm at the dealer anyway, so this will work out good.

Turns out it was my main fuse. The 120A fuse is a dealer only part, and it lists for $10.50. I picked one up yesterday and installed it this morning. Everything powered right up and the car started just as usual (despite being down for nearly 4 weeks). Took it out and drove it some and everything appears to be in order...no obvious trouble, normal boost pattern, high of 84.4% injector duty...so, I'm back!
