Wink FD wont start after new turbos installed!! HELP!!!

I know Ill get flamed, but Im really stuck for time here, so here goes:

I just put in new stockers (twins), and plugs/wires.... the car will turn over fine and I can smell fuel (out of the exhaust) after turning it over a few times..... I have no idea whats wrong!!! I just cant hear any combustion, and it wont start!!!

K. might sound like a long shot, but in practice it happens all to often.
When working on intake systems, people tend to plug them up with rags, beit paper or cloth. And sometimes pipes get connected with the rag still in it, especially when it is hurdling towards ticking-over time.

Causing the rag to shoot through the inlet system, and possibly clog the IC...

haha ya we thought of that... we disconnected the outlet from the IC and it was still not starting.... :S

any other ideas guys, before i go home and trouble shoot??

Try pulling the hose just b4 the throttle body, on idle the turbos are not really used, if it starts idling then, you know there is something a miss in the intake tract...
