FD starts like a turbine engine
Yep fuel comes in like around 5 seconds at 800 rpm's. Like most turbo prop airplanes, Why is my 3rd generation rx7 hard to start and even harder to start when it is hot? Does the starting circuit enriches the fuel mixture for starting or leans it out? Can someone tell me what happens during starting step by step.

The FD shouldn't be hard to start. If you have a hot-start problem, there was a tech bulletin (I don't have the link handy, but if you search for "3rd gen RX-7 FAQ" you should find it) about this. If the car is always hard to start, you may have a problem with your injectors, fuel pump, compression, or who-knows-what. Upon cold starts your mixture should be richer than normal, but it should start right away. It never takes me more than about 2.5 seconds. You may have a leak in your fuel lines and its taking time for the pump to pressurize them, but it would really take a mechanic to diagonose something like that.
