FD sighting in Northern VA
I was out yesterday. 3/29/01 and saw 3 FDs. A white with 99' spec spoiler was honking and waving, while I was getting some gas, off 28. I then passed a gunmetalish color FD off 28. And last but not least a Montego Blue honked & passed me in a turning lane.
