I need to know whether the stock primary injectors (550cc) from an FD are low or high impedance. Ive searched online and on these forums and I havent found a straight forward answer.

I don't think I've ever seen low impedence side feed injectors. I'm not sure if they even exist. The only recent cars running side feeds are Subarus and they are definitely high impedence.

 

Well I just needed to know what to input into my standalone for my MX-3 as Im using 6 of the RX7 Primary Injectors.

 

Why don't you just use Millenia S or Nissan injectors modded like everyone else? BTW what's your name on MX-3.com? I've been on that site for 9+ years and have been through 4 MX3s of all different setups.

 

I am maxing out my millenia s injectors now on 8psi. And the FD primary injectors are a direct drop in to the KL rail, no modifications needed. The cost of nissan injectors + the cost of the modded rails is alot more than I paid for 6 primarys and the primarys are bigger injectors. And not to mention the rails being thinner with the nissan injectors. and I am on probetalk under the same name mx3turbo. I dont really visit mx3.com to much.
