FD parts questions

I have read about some people using Mocal oil coolers and I wanted to know which part number (from this site : http://www.racerpartswholesale.com/cooler.htm ) that refers to a replacement for a '93 FD. I know I need oil lines, t-stat, mounting bracket and some other stuff, but I don't know which 19 row to choose as there are 2 and I don't know the difference between -10 AN and -12 AN

I am in the process of dropping in a new Mazda short block 13B and I was wondering what everyone here would do for break in (run-in) procedures. I've heard things like dont go over 4500 rpm for the first 1,000 miles, what about after that?

Also, I have a leak in my stock twin turbos as well as some other yet to be found problems with them and I was wondering what is the best way/method to running the car N/A? Is this good/better for the new short block motor to run without the stock twin turbos? I would rather the turbos were either disengaged OR completely AND safely removed from the car if thats healthy and reliable.

I'm really only concerned at this point to get my car back to stock level with some reliablity upgrades like oil cooler and radiator and some other small things.

Thanks for any advice help... fyi, eventually I will replace my turbos with better units when I have the money.

You would want the 10-AN. You can also look at Earl's Temp-a-cure coolers, you can get them from Summit.

Please search for break-in, it's been beaten to death. You can find my engine builder's recommendations by using my username.

There is an easy way to run the car "n/a" -- control your right foot. Please search on this topic, as it has been discussed thoroughly in the last year.

Unless you have a lot of free time on your hands, it's not a simple plug and play change.
