Question FD idle and stalling problem

Hey, so my 93 sat for about a month while i was gone, and now that im back i wanted to start it up and drive it. So i start it up and it idles terribly, almsot like it isnt getting enough fuel, then after it warms up it idles fine. But its not making power, like i was in first going 15 and it took forever to get to 30 just to shift into 2nd. Also if you rev it up then let the rpms fall back down it has this tendency to just stall. Ive got no idea, i changed the oil and put new gas, not a full tank tho. anyone got any ideas?

you can try the carb cleaner trick or a boost leak tester

spray little bits of carb cleaner around the all the vaccum lines etc, when you find the leak, the carb cleaner will get sucked into the engine via the vaccum leak, and the rpm will increase for a short period...
