FD Housings

Has anybody used a 89-91 Rotor housing in a FD motor? Just wondering because my friend got two used housings and they both came in bad. i wonder if he could use a 93 and a 89-91 combo. Anybody tried this yet?

That was some good info. Makes me think!!! Like the last post said on that thread, I wonder how the RX-8 motor do?
