fd fmic help please
Hey guys i have just got my self a s7 rx7 fd 1997 jap import.
I am chasing a FMIC kit for it, it is just standard with exhaust 3" turbo back and few chrome things in engine bay.
I am wondering what is better a FMIC or a Vmount like this pictured below?
I really like the v mount look under the bonnet but also like the look of a front mount in the front bar.
I want to know if you can tell me what brand the v mount kit is and what are the bad points of them and what do you have to remove to fit it in?
Thanks guys

The picture looks to be a custom kit. As far as your questions go, search. Pretty much every aspect of Vmounts have been covered more than once. I will list known available kits, to help you.
1. Greddy
2. HKS
3. Rx7store
4. Defined Auto Works
5. Rotary Extreme
6. KnightSport
Vmounts are superior, and the price reflects. I have a Rotary Extreme and wouldn't buy anything else. My build thread has details.

Looks like the really old school rotary extreme kit to me. If price is of no concern go vmount as it truly is the best all around options. It really depends on what you plan to use the car for though. Vmount=Track duty, Street Car and wanting a good working AC, some decent effort involved to install
FMIC=Drag Racing, Street car with no concern for AC really. Most kits require extensive effort to install but with good mechaical ability can be installed in 4-6 hours.
SMIC=Track Car, Street Car, keeps AC condensor in factory location. Extremely easy install(large kits require battery relocation or very small battery.)
