Question FD electrical problems??

I recently bought a 93 FD and I totally love it! but there are some electrical problems to it, and I wanna see if anyone is having the same problems, and how did you guys fix it?

1. Tach needle jumps around, some time it shot straight up to redline when I'm just cruising in 3rd gear in traffic..
2. signal light fuse kept blowing up
3. factory Stereo sound gets turned off when I turn on the A/C. but goes back to normal once I turn off the A/C
4.(this is not electrical) the car came with a Dynomax big *** exhuast and it's loud and ugly.... the exhuast smells really bad too. I live in Richmond B.C. and the damn cops around here hates big exhuast... can anyone recommend a nicer looking, smaller, quieter, yet still have the performance exhuast..? and I installed a Air/fuel gauge and it pretty much stayed at the lean reading. could it be my oxygen sensor being screwy? that's why the exhuast smells really bad?

Since I'm so new to this car, any help would be great!

congrads on the purchase, now you have to work the bugs out. you need a tach for the first problem. the fuse blowing may be the wrong type of bulb installed somewhere or a grounded (pinched) power wire for the lites somewhere. look for any recent body work and look there for wiring damage. sterio i don't know. exhaust, sounds like you have some type of hiflow main cat that is giving a sulfer smell and possibly the o2 needs replacing. if the car was purchased from a dealer make them fix some of these problems..
