Well, I finally got my car back from KDR. After three weeks of excrutiatingly painful anticipation all I can say is DAMN! This thing is a beast! Well, at least compared to what it used to be like. They found SO many things wrong with it from the last place that worked on it, I lost count. They broke a nipple on my turbo control solenoid, hence my lack of boost transition, and they put my sparkplugs in backwards! But KDR did an awesome job. I'm hoping to hit the track Friday and get some performance numbers. I already hit 140mph on a nice bit of highway. Before anyone sees the sig and notices, I know that I need a bigger IC. I'm working on it.

Can you say any thing about the anti-det? Also how much was the AD?

The anti-det is an even $500 for parts and labor. I pretty much got it just for peace of mind, but KDR guarantees it. Which avatar are you refering to? I just changed it.

Yes, it is Soundwave. It's kinda like a black box, except it's not really shaped like a box. You can only see it from underneath. Either that, or I'm just not looking hard enough through the top. But if you, or anyone, are looking for a shop to take your 7 to, KDR is the place. They are all really friendly, great techs, and more than willing to get you what you want.
