There is a fc sr motorsports flywheel for sale local to me and I am wondering if it will fit on a fd? I checked part numbers on their website which shows them to be the same but the prices are different anyone know?

Be SUPER sure that the counterweight is correct. I think Mazdatrix has pics of the various rear counterweights, if you use an 86-88 counterweight you will be in a world of trouble.

Also, there is a difference between turbo FC flywheels and non-turbo. Make sure it's for a turbo car.
