So my fans just wont kick on. I jumpered at the diagnostics box and they came on. I grounded that blade connector by ecu and they came on until the ground was broke. They just dont seem to want to come on by themselves. I got the car to operating temp and turned the heater on but got no heat. The car stayed at operating temp and didnt go over but the fans never came on. any ideas.

My car doesnt seem to be circulating coolant. I have no idea why, unless thermostat is stuck closed.

Do you guys think that this lack of circulation could be causing the fans not to kick on even though the temp guage is reading right? Also, any ideas why my fluid is now flowing?

what temp? r u running stock ecu? or pfc? check the relay(s). theres a main one, its one of the 4 relays behind the passenger side head light. It may not be switching.
Also, have you done the fan mod yet? to put a switch on that ground lead by the ecu so you can turn the fans on or off with the toggle of a switch!!!

any ideas for the coolant circulation issues. Popped cap yesterday and my coolant/water was unmixed. Would a stuck thermostat cause this?

You may have trapped air in the system that needs to be burped. If the coolant is not circulating (how do you know this?), then there may not be any (hot) water at the thermoswitch to cause the fans to turn on.
