Question Fans will not turn off-car has high end break up

I searched this and am thinking it may have more to do with my problems then I thought. Since my PFC came back from XS and I relocated my battery at the same time as soon as I turn the key for the ignition(even in auxillary) the fans turn on at any temp. I have grounded the block and this helped with the break up a bit but could there must be something very wrong either with the XS programming or with the electrical system. Can some one give Me a few more ideas of what the hell is going on with this car!

Steve, I noticed that your fans would stay on all the time even before xs mapped your pfc.

Ya, I know. When I had the stock ecu in and before I did all this major single stuff, they did not run all the time. I wonder if it all has to do with the shitty harness? I removed so many things in the single conversion, it has to be something stupid or the harness. I am going mad and this is pissing Me off now.
