fans do not run after engine shut off.

My fd's fans do not run after engine shut off; however, if I leave the key in and turn all the way (not a start up), then fans run. Is there any way to modify the fans running without key in after engine shut off?

Search for "fan mod" otherwise do as you did, turn parking lights on, turn off key, then lights and they should stay on for 60sec. ...something like that.

i think there is a recall on the 93-95 dealer will install new updated fuel line and install a relay to radiator fan to keep them on for ten mins after you have shutoff the car... or check out ths web site www.rx7.org/public/3rd.html

As GoRacer mentioned, you have to perform the fan mod to get the car to do that. The recall that was performed will only run the fans after shut-off if the car is REALLY hot. My car only did it once in the 1-1/2 years I ran the stock ecu -- on a 100F day after the 2nd consecutive drag strip run.
